Venue Family
Everything a venue runs on, in one place.
Bookings, events, tickets, staff and volunteer shifts, and the door — one system, built for the people who run venues and put on events.

Who it is for
Venues
Rent out your spaces, run a season of events, staff every night and sell the tickets — without five tools that never agree.
Producers and teachers
No venue of your own? Start on the free plan: publish your events, sell tickets with the money paid to your own Stripe account, and check people in at the door.
Audiences and renters
Find something on tonight, buy a ticket, or find a room for your rehearsal, class or celebration.
The four things you are juggling
A room to rent, a crew to find, tickets to sell and a door to run. Here is how each one works, with a small demo of each to try.
Rent a room without chasing paperwork
Price each room by the hour with a day rate as the ceiling, and send the agreement with the quote. Renters sign on screen and pay their deposit straight to your Stripe account.
- Rates per room, with discounts you set worked out on the quote
- Agreements signed on screen, with the Signatures & Waivers add-on at $25/month: no charge per signature

Fill the roster without the group chat
Say what a night needs, let people offer their availability, and fill the gaps without a spreadsheet. Your crew claims shifts from their phones, and a manager gets an email when a claim needs their yes.
- Staffing needs set once for the venue and applied to every date
- Invitations and assignments sent by email
- Tonight's roster is who can open the door console

Sell tickets from your own website
Sliding scale, promo codes, passes for a whole run and reserved seats. Buyers pay through Stripe, the money goes to your Stripe account, and our fee is printed up front: 1–3% per ticket, and nothing on pay-what-you-can.
- Ticket types per date, with sliding scale and promo codes
- Checkout that sits on your own website
- Guarantees, splits and house costs worked out before the show

Scan tickets, find people by name, check members in with a tap and sell at the door. By the time the curtain goes up, the counts are already done.
- Ticket scanning and name search in any web browser
- Walk-up sales by card or cash, checked in as they pay
- Live counts of who is in, who is still coming and what the door took
