These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venue Family event management platform at venuefamily.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by Venue Family ("Venue Family", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Venue Family provides tools for theaters, teachers, venues, and event organizers to manage events, schedules, venues, sign-ins, forms, contracts, and related operations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information and verify your email address when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant Venue Family a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization. You are responsible for the content you upload and for obtaining any necessary permissions.
The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Google, Stripe, Mailchimp, BoldSign, and Amazon Web Services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venue Family will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
