Features
One system, from the first inquiry to the last payout.
Venue Family is built for places that do everything at once: rent out rooms, put on a season, sell tickets, staff the nights and run the door. Seven parts that share one calendar, one contact list and one set of books.
A season, start to finish
How the parts take turns across the life of one show.
Follow one show through all seven parts
The Pacific Jazz Collective puts out an album and books the main hall for the release show. Step through it, from the first room hold to the artist's payout.
Seven parts, each with its own walk-through
Each one follows a real night from start to finish, with a demo you can try.
What you get by having them in one place
The practical reason to run these together instead of stitching separate tools together with spreadsheets.
One calendar
Rentals, rehearsals and shows share one calendar, so two people can't book the same room at the same time. Setup and cleanup hold the room without appearing in your public listings.
Move a date and we check the room is free, move the shifts with it, and email the ticket holders.
One set of books
Rental deposits, online ticket sales and card sales at the door land against the same event, in your own Stripe account.
Set the deal before the show — a guarantee, a split, the house costs — and the settlement afterwards is worked out from real sales. Once you finalize it, it can't be edited; settling again makes a new version.
Each person once
Someone who signed a waiver, volunteered last month and bought a ticket tonight is one contact, matched by email address.
At the door, staff can see whether a person's waiver is on file.
The technical detail — how records are sealed, how calendar feeds stay in step, how refunds avoid double-charging — is in the developer documentation. Read how it works
Not sure which parts you need?
Most organizations start with one part and add the next when they need it. Tell us how you run things now and we will tell you honestly where we would begin.
